We welcome domestic pets in our community. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet, with up to two pets allowed per apartment. Combined weight for all pets must not exceed 100 lbs.
A $300 pet fee for your 1st pet and a $150 fee for your 2nd pet will apply.
The following restricted breeds, or any mixture thereof, are prohibited within the community. This list may not be all-inclusive, please contact our leasing team for more details.

Security deposits start at $300, depending on your credit and rental history.
Rent payments may be made online using our Resident Portal, by calling (800) 533-7901, or by mailing payments to the address below. When mailing payments, please make all checks payable to Peak Management LLC, include your remittance slip with your payments, and write your account number found on your statement in the notes section of your check.
For insurance purposes, rent payments are not accepted in the leasing center.

Service requests may be submitted online using our Resident Portal or by calling our leasing team at (410) 346-3847. Emergency service may be requested during non-business hours by calling (410) 288-8266.
Emergency service includes immediate life safety issues including gas leaks, major plumbing leaks, toilet overflows, fire, or electrical failures.
If you're locked out of your apartment during business hours, contact the leasing center at (410) 346-3847 and we can assist you. A $10 service charge will apply.
After hours, call the emergency service number at (410) 288-8266 for assistance. A $50 service charge for after-hours requests will apply.

Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable!
I put in the work order overnight and I had workers at my house the following morning. Both workers were nice and friendly. It took them about a good half an hour to complete their task. I received a phone call from management, following up in the work order. I really appreciated that.
My experience with the management staff here at Rolling Park Apartments has been amazing. I find them to be compassionate and understanding when things get tough. When there is a maintenance request they're right on top of that. I'm not quite sure about anyone else experienced them but I've had an amazing time living here and I totally appreciate all that they do especially doing this COVID-19 time. Thank you.
I have been living in Rolling Park Apartments for almost two years now. It has been my best rental experience to date. I love the apartment size, the nice sunlight we get due to the large patio doors. The grounds are always maintained. It's quiet and close to Liberty Road shopping. The office and grounds maintenance staff are friendly as well. I will definitely miss living here once I decide to purchase a home!
I have been a tenant here for over five years and I find the maintenance staff to be on point but when I can really appreciate is the Rental Office staff they are always courteous and answer my questions and concerns on time.
Nice place to stay and wonderful staff to relate with, they are always ready for you. Easy to get the bus, stores, and schools. When it comes to a clean environment Rolling Park is the place to live...
Very well kept community. All staff are very professional and work quickly on all issues. The office staff is very knowledgeable and works very collaboratively with all departments I have been here for 18 years without any complaints or concerns.
